Delivery terms

Your order (processing, shipping and invoicing) is handled by eyecare company AG, based in Cologne. All prices shown in this online shop are expressed in euros and include VAT at the statutory rate applicable at the time of ordering.

Orders and deliveries in Germany, Austria, Italy, France and the Benelux countries

In addition to Germany, you can place orders from the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands. We deliver to the specified delivery address in the countries listed above.

Fast order processing and delivery

eyecare company processes your order within 24 hours on working days. If the goods ordered are in stock, they will be delivered within 4 working days to any valid address throughout Germany (first delivery attempt). No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays. If the products ordered are not held in stock (e.g. custom-made products), they are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Depending on their availability for delivery, they will be delivered within 14 days. No liability is accepted for delivery delays beyond the control of eyecare company.

Delivery by DHL

Your shipment is currently delivered by DHL’s parcel service. Deliveries to the EU countries listed are carried out by local partner companies. Delivery to DHL Packstation parcel lockers is possible.

No minimum purchase quantity

You can purchase all products offered individually. There is no minimum purchase quantity or minimum order value in our online shop.

Shipping costs

Delivery to Germany: for orders with a value below €60.00, a flat-rate delivery surcharge of €3.50 is charged for postage, packaging and insurance. For orders with a value of €60.00 or more, this surcharge does not apply.

Delivery to other EU countries: for orders with a value below €60.00, a flat-rate delivery surcharge of €5.90 is charged for postage, packaging and insurance. For orders with a value of €60.00 or more, this surcharge is reduced to €3.00.

Secure payment methods

When placing an order, you can choose between four payment methods, although only selected methods may be offered in certain cases (e.g. to first-time customers):

• PayPal
  With this payment method, we redirect you to PayPal’s payment pages. You then return to our shop to complete your order. You must register with PayPal beforehand to pay using PayPal.

• Credit card via PayPal
  You can pay using the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard. You do not need to log in to a PayPal account or register with PayPal to use this payment method.

• Direct debit via PayPal
  With this payment method, the invoice amount is conveniently debited from your bank account. You do not need to log in to a PayPal account or register with PayPal to use this payment method.

For orders paid via PayPal or credit card, data is transmitted using the highest possible security standard (SSL encryption). Your data is therefore treated as strictly confidential and used only in connection with your order.

Shipment tracking

14-day right of withdrawal

Shop without risk: if your order consists of goods held in stock, you have the right to notify Young Eyewear of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods to us. The purchase price will then be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. For details, please refer to the withdrawal notice.
