Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason by submitting a statement in text form (e.g. by letter, fax or email). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last partial shipment or the last item. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement or the goods before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the benefits received, and any gains we may have derived from them (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return what you have received, either in whole or in part, or can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the corresponding value. In the case of goods, this does not apply if the deterioration is solely attributable to examining the goods in the same way as would have been possible in a retail shop.

You are not required to pay compensation for deterioration resulting from using the goods for their intended purpose. Goods suitable for shipment by parcel must be returned to the above address at our risk. You must bear the return shipping costs if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed €40, or if, where the price is higher, you have not yet made payment or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, return shipping is free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be shipped by parcel will be collected from you.

Payment reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 14 days. For you, this period begins when you send your withdrawal statement or the goods; for us, it begins upon receipt.
